Fall 2025 - Music Play

10:30-11:00 am - Saturdays
Ages: 1 - 2 yrs.

Class fee: $140 for 10 classes + 1 make-up class
Classes begin on Saturday, September 6 and end on Saturday, November 15.
Each class meets once per week.
No classes will be held October 11, November 22, or November 26. 
A make-up class will be held December 6.
Class size is limited to 10 children.
Each child must be accompanied by one adult.
Registration is confirmed at time of payment online.

Classes meet in USC School of Music, 813 Assembly St., Rm. 108.


Personalized Music Play Kits
When you checkout, you will have the option to purchase a personalized Music Play kit for your child. Each Music Play kit comes with two drums, four jingles, two scrapers, four bean bags, four shaker eggs, and four scarves to be used by each child and his/her adult Music Play companion during each class. We highly recommend that each child have a personal Music Play kit to avoid spreading germs in class and to have Music Play props to play with at home.

Class Guidelines & Requirements Agreement: By completing this registration form I agree to abide by the class guidelines & requirements as posted on the USC Music Play web page.

Video Permission Statement: By completing this registration form, I understand that each class will be video-recorded for the purpose of music development research by Dr. Valerio and her students and for the purpose of teacher-education sessions at conferences and seminars worldwide. I also understand that my child's identity and the identity of the caregiver(s) who accompany my child to class will be protected.

Class Withdrawal & Refund: You must submit a written request in order to receive a refund. Refunds must be requested by email to wvalerio@mozart.sc.edu. Refunds will not be granted after September 13, 2025. Refund requests made within stated limits will be returned to your credit card, less the $25 processing fee and a charge of $25 per class that has been held.
