New Client Personal Training - Member (Non-Student)

New clients are defined as anyone who has not completed a personal training session with UofSC Fitness. Personal training sessions are offered at Campus Recreation facilities for individuals that have purchased a membership with Campus Recreation.

New clients have multiple options to assist you in meeting your training and health goals. New clients will receive an assessment which is an important tool in designing an individualized program.

Early bird members should schedule their training session in accordance to their membership access times.

Monday-Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday 8am-9pm & Sunday 10am-10pm

Blatt PEC
Monday-Thursday 6am-8:30am, 11:30am-1:30pm and 4:30pm-9pm, Friday 6am-8:30am, 11:30am-1:30pm & 4:30pm-7pm
Saturday-Sunday CLOSED.
