Professional Certificate in Crime Analysis

The Professional Certificate in Crime Analysis is a non-credit, online training program designed for working professionals, including law enforcement professionals, public safety analysts, and community stakeholders, who want to develop applied skills in crime analysis.

The certificate consists of five fully online, asynchronous courses offered over the span of one academic year, beginning each August. Participants may register for courses individually or enroll in the full certificate program at a discounted rate. If taken individually, courses must be completed in the following sequence:

• Foundations in Crime Analysis (August - October) — $1,150
• Tactical Crime Analysis (October - December) — $1,150
• Strategic Crime Analysis (January - March)  — $1,150
• Advanced Topics in Crime Analysis (March - May)  — $1,150
• Practical Crime Analysis (May - June) — $1,150
• Full Certificate (August–June) — $5,000
