Carolinas Climate Resilience Conference
May 10-12, 2021
The 2021 CCRC will be hosted as a hybrid event. Attendees will register for EITHER in-person or virtual attendance. All in-person attendees will gather at the Durham Convention Center located at 301 West Morgan St., Durham NC 27701. Virtual conference sessions will be hosted through an online event platform. More information will be provided to attendees closer to the conference date. All registrants, both in-person and virtual, will be able to use the virtual conference platform to access information such as the conference agenda, attendee and speaker lists, session and presentation descriptions, poster presentations and virtual exhibitor booths. All conference sessions will be recorded and available through the virtual platform until August 31. The in-person attendee registration fee includes educational sessions, evening reception on Monday, continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, access to all conference materials and session recordings in the virtual conference platform.
For virtual attendees, the registration fee includes access to all educational sessions during the "live" conference proceedings and virtual networking events May 10-12, as well as recordings of all conference sessions and access to all conference materials through the virtual conference platform.
All attendees will have access to conference materials through the virtual platform until August 31.
CANCELLATION POLICY No refunds will be issued; however, substitutions are welcome and may be processed by contacting email@example.com by Monday, April 26. If you registered to attend the conference in-person and are unable to attend, you may transfer your in-person registration to virtual. All substitution/transfer requests must be received in writing (via email) by the date listed above.
