Thanks for your interest in the program. There are spots available and it is flexible with your schedule. In order to reserve your spot you must pay $26 and fill out the Initial Assessment form (link in order announcement sent to your email). The price includes Bod Pod (body fat %) measurement and semester long 1 On 1 Nutrition Coaching. The assessments and coaching will begin once you have completed both requirements and we will meet every week or two (depending your preference) for 1 on 1 coaching.
