Braising Comfort Foods - December 2 - Chef Du Jour - McCutchen House
This class will show you the basics of braising and great dishes that can be served alongside them.
We'll cover how to braise lamb shanks, chicken thighs, beef short ribs, and osso buco. While these are slowly cooking, we'll prepare various side dishes (such as risotto) which pair nicely.

Price includes sales tax.

Please remember, all classes begin at 9 AM. There are many events in the city scheduled that might hinder normal traffic patterns, please plan accordingly for possible delays.

This class has an extended time requirement of 6 hours (9 AM - 3 PM) and will include lunch for the participants.
