Welcome to Tufts University Marketplace

Within the liberal arts framework at Tufts University, the Physical Education & Athletic Department offers non-credit fitness and recreation classes. Students, staff, faculty and alumni are eligible to register for a mini-course(s). No experience is necessary as the instructors are experienced and can work with participants at any level of fitness.

Spring 10 Week Session 2020 - Classes begin the week of January 27th, 2019

Registration Dealine: Sunday, January 26th at MIDNIGHT

No Classes - 3/16 - 3/20 (Spring Break)

Mondays:

Vinyasa Yoga – 4-5pm in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Shelanda

Zumba – 5:30-6:30pm in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Dani

Pilates – 6-7pm in Jackson Gym with Sharon

DanceFit – 6:30-7pm in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Dani

Tuesdays:

Power Yoga – 7:30-8:30am in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Elliott

Yoga for Stress Relief - 4:30-5:30pm in Jackson Gym with Karin

Strong Women – 5:30-6:30pm in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with TBD

Wednesdays:

Spin – 7:15-8:15am in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Katie

Yoga for Strength & Flexibility – 5-6pm in Tisch Sports Ctr MPR with Karin
