The course will be 3 hours in duration and limited to 20 participants to allow for significant engagement and networking opportunities. To provide additional support for applying course lessons at work, we will schedule “Virtual Office Hours” two weeks after the course. This will allow participants to share success stories, gain additional insights and discuss some of their most pressing challenges with peers and instructors.
This two-week highly interactive online course will bring together team leaders, program managers, functional directors and other drug development professionals from across the industry to build leadership skills, improve cross-functional performance, and enhance R&D productivity.
