The shared visualization of such a system is the basis upon which we will create a working language among the experts from fields as diverse as engineering, policy, law, and finance. Unique to this workshop will be bringing design thinking to this challenge. A key to realizing our offshore wind goals lies in our ability to plan, finance, and operate a reliable and resilient transmission system that protects our environment and benefits coastal communities.
