The Disney Leadership Experience is a leadership program made of a cohort of 20 students from all classes. They engage in 10 on-campus leadership workshops, building a foundation of leadership principles and shared philosophy. Following on-campus workshops, students take part in a five day, five night experience at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA attending two Disney Imagination Campus workshops that focus on Leadership Strategies and Techniques of Teamwork.

Students who are selected to take part in this program cover all costs.
