We are most familiar with stories set in the past, and for good reason: tales set in the future are rarer and seem to follow different rules. In this course, we will look at the stories that envision the future and study how they function. We will read short stories, novels, and watch films for their predictions about the future as well as what they tell us about our present. Registration and Payment Deadline: Monday , June 1, 2023
