Scenario:You are the grant professional in your busy non-profit. You have just been asked to provide your boss with a list of grants the organization can go after to meet their $250,000 grant fundraising goal by the end of the calendar year. You have just one day to get the list together! How do you do this? Where do you start? How many grants do you propose to him/her to maximize the chances of success? How do you present the list to your boss? This interactive, small-groups work session will walk participants through the scenario and awaken them to the tools around them to develop a prospect list
