International Youth Leadership Weekend Academy (IYLA) Registration

Purpose: As a social justice project in education, the Southern Connecticut State University International Youth Leadership Academy (IYLA) is designed to support immigrant, refugee, and international student success, including academic, social-emotional, college and career readiness needs.

Participating Students: All Elementary, Middle, and High School Students with Immigrant, International and ESL backgrounds are welcomed.

Available Courses: Any World Languages (Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Greek, Korean, Russian, Turkish, etc.), College Entrance Exam Preparation (PSAT, SAT Math, Reading and Writing), Physical Fitness/GYM, Chess, Art, Music, STEM, Public Speaking, Social and Life Skills, Elementary, Middle School and High School Mathematics, Reading, Writing, Sports, College and Career Counseling. (Note: We need at least 6 registered students to start a class.)
Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served basis.
