This fully virtual course is designed for business owners, managers, and professionals who want to understand and apply artificial intelligence tools to improve operations, productivity, and decision-making within their organizations.
Led by Dr. Kimberly Fantroy, this four-part series introduces practical, real-world applications of AI in business settings. Participants will explore how AI can streamline workflows, support communication, enhance marketing efforts, improve data use, and increase overall efficiency.
The course is structured as a complete series, and participants receive access to all four sessions through Blackboard. Attendance at every session is not required; however, the cost remains the same regardless of participation. Sessions are designed to be flexible, allowing participants to learn at their own pace while still gaining full access to all materials and content.
