Course Description
Beginner Photography introduces participants of all ages to the fundamentals of photography in a supportive, hands-on learning environment. This course is ideal for anyone who owns a digital camera and wants to learn how to take better photos. Participants will explore lighting, composition, and camera settings while practicing techniques during class. No prior experience is required. This course is designed for participants ages 15 and up.

Who Should Attend

This class is ideal for beginners with little to no photography experience, individuals who recently purchased a digital camera, community members interested in creative hobbies, and anyone ages 15 and up who wants to improve their photography skills.

Dates: Tuesdays – June 9, 16, 23, 30
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Price: $75 (includes all four classes)

Minimum Enrollment: 8 participants
Maximum Enrollment: 12 participants

Requirements

  • Participants must bring a digital camera
  • No prior photography experience required
  • Photos will be taken during class
  • Optional assignments may be given between sessions

Refund & Registration Policy

  • Refunds issued if class is canceled
  • Registration closes when class reaches capacity or one week before the course begins
  • Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted after purchase, however participants may cancel for a refund one week prior to the first class session
  • Subject to change if minimum enrollment is not met.
