Turn dinner into an unforgettable experience. Our Couples Cooking Class is the perfect blend of hands-on learning, romantic connection, and indulgent dining—designed especially for adults looking for a unique and memorable night out.

Whether you’re planning a special date night, celebrating an occasion, or simply wanting to try something new together, this class offers the opportunity to cook, laugh, and connect over an incredible meal. The class is open to all skill levels and, while it is geared toward couples, single participants are absolutely welcome.

The Experience

During this three-hour, instructor-led class, participants will work side by side in a professional culinary setting to prepare a stunning three-course meal from scratch. You’ll learn practical cooking techniques, gain confidence in the kitchen, and enjoy a relaxed, engaging atmosphere designed for connection and creativity.

After cooking, the experience continues with an intimate dining moment in the O’Cuisine Campus Restaurant. Enjoy your handcrafted meal in a warm, ambient setting that feels like a true night out—perfect for conversation, celebration, and savoring every bite.

Participants will prepare and enjoy the following three-course menu:

• Watermelon Gazpacho with Feta
• Black Pepper Steak with Honey Roasted Carrots
• Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

This thoughtfully curated menu blends bold flavors, elegant presentation, and approachable techniques—making it both impressive and enjoyable for cooks of all experience levels.

Location: Culinary Arts Kitchen, Electronics Technology (ET) Building

The ET Building is located across from the softball fields. For easiest access, we recommend entering campus through the university entrance, continuing past the Sports Center, and following the drive toward the softball fields. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the ET Building.

Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time, as there may be additional forms or important information to review before class begins.

A liability waiver will be emailed to you after regisitration and will be available to sign at class time. Participants will not be able to take part without a signed liability release.

Please Note: If you are purchasing tickets for more than one person, you must register each person with thier name and and information for enrollment purposes. 
Refund and registration details:

• Refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
• Participants may cancel and receive a refund through February 9.
• Registration will close on February 10.
• Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted after purchase.
