All public institutions of higher learning in Texas require that incoming students document compliance with TSI, or exemption from it.

Students should be prepared to spend 3-7 hours testing.

All students taking the TSI Assessment must have completed the Pre-Assessment Activity that is required of all students by the State of Texas prior to TSI testing.Pre-Assessment Activity can be completed at https://practice.accuplacer.org/login.

Voucher codes for virtual TSIA will be emailed within 1 - 2 business days from ACCUPLACER. Once you receive your virtual TSIA voucher, you will schedule your exam using a ProctorU account (instructions included in voucher email). Once you login to your account, you my schedule your test and pay the virtual fee. Virtual Live+ fee is $28. If you choose to take the test on demand the following amounts will be charged in addition to the $28 as follows:

• testing within 24 hours is an additional $8
• testing within 72 hours is an additional $5
