Exhibitor Prospectus 2024 - 2025

We invite you to register as an exhibitor for our continuing education conferences. We encourage you to register early to ensure space in our competitive exhibit hall.

By submitting payment you are agreeing to abide by all requirement of the COPE Standards for Commercial Support as found on https://www.arbo.org/cope_downloads.php

Please Note: A separate transaction is required for each conference.

All sponsors will be acknowledged in the program book and receive an electronic list of the attendees for the respective conference. We ask that you email your ad at least 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure that it is included in the program book.

Options:

Bronze…..$500 ………. Attendees List and full-page color ad in program book.

Silver…....$800 ………. Attendees List, full-page color ad in program book and exhibitor table 1 day.

Gold….….$1300……... Attendees List, full-page color ad in program book and exhibitor table 2 days.

Platinum…$2000…….. Attendees List, full-page color ad in program book, exhibitor table 2 days, 5 minutes podium time and logo displayed on the conference website.

Diamond…$5000……. Attendees List, full-page color ad in program book, exhibitor table 2 days, 5 minutes podium time , logo displayed on the conference website and 30 minutes podium time.
