Join master gardener, local forager and herb expert Lou Ann Nolan and Brightwater Chef Instructor Erin Szopiak in learning about 10 wild herbs, including roots, leaves, berries, fruits and seeds that are plentiful in this region, and come away with new knowledge, helpful resources and a shifted perspective on how to use plants right outside your door. This class includes some outdoor time and will conclude with a sampling of food and beverage made with wild herbs and foraged material.
