The BOD POD® is one of the most accurate tests for assessing body fat and lean body mass (i.e., muscle, bones, and organs). The feedback that you receive from the BOD POD® can be used to measure your current health and where you want to be in the future. From the results you can then plan a nutrition and exercise program. When you buy the 2 session package the rate decreases per session. This allows for greater ease of comparison to see how your goals are progressing!
