MRC Registration Options

The 2026 Midwest Rail Conference "Preparing for the Next Era of Rail" will be held August 11-13, 2026 on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus. Registration Rates: Early: $200 (through June 12th) Regular: $250 (through July 31st) Late: $325 (begins August 1st)

Note: Registrations received after 8/5/26 may not be in the printed materials and anyone who signs up for the field visits after 8/5/26 will be placed on a waitlist.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be emailed to Amanda Codere in order to be processed. Refunds will be processed during the week following the conference.
