Rent everything you need for a day on the slopes at Mont Ripley only. Choose from either the Alpine Ski package which includes boots, skis, poles and helmet, the Snowboard package which includes boots, board and helmet, or individual rental pieces to complete your gear. All equipment must stay on site and be returned to rental counter after use each day.

Equipment Rental and Liability Release Agreement: I accept for use AS IS the equipment requested herein, and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession. I agree to return all equipment after each use. I will be responsible for the full replacement value of any equipment rented herein but not returned to the rental shop or damaged due to misuse.

I understand that the binding system cannot guarantee the user's safety. In downhill skiing, the binding system will not release at all times or under all circumstances where release may prevent injury or death, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release. In snowboarding, the binding system will not ordinarily release during use; these bindings are not designed to release as a result of forces generated during ordinary operation.

I understand that the sports of skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risk of injury and death. I voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risk which may result from the use of this equipment.

I agree to release Michigan Technological University, Mont Ripley, employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and the manufacturers and distributors of this equipment ("Providers") from all liability for injury, death, property loss, and damage which results the the equipment user's participation in the sport of skiing or snowboarding, or is in anyway related to the use of this equipment including all liability with results from the negligence of the Provider or any person or cause.

I further agree to defend and indemnify Providers for any loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for personal injury, death, property loss, and damage related in any way to the use of this equipment.

This agreement is governed by the applicable law of this state. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall be given full force and effect.

Prices shown in cart do not include tax. Tax will be added to the final cost of all rentals.
