Thank you for your interest in tabling at EarthFest! EarthFest will be on Thursday, April 18th, from 1 PM - 5 PM on the Quad. The event will invite student organizations, departments, clubs, the Easton community, and outside vendors to the campus to enjoy food, participate in activities, and recognize Earth Day together (officially on April 22). The Quad will be available for setup beginning at 11 AM and tear down must occur between 5 PM - 6 PM. Students have a lunch hour from 12:15-1:15 PM, so any setup that can be complete early would mean students who have class at 1:15 PM can stop by your table before.

If you would like to reserve a table/space for EarthFest please fill out the following form no later than March 24th.
