1 pound of sweet potatoes, student-grown, student-harvested, cured & sweetened for your table. Unwashed, sweet potatoes can be stored for several months in cool (not cold), dark spaces. Sweet potato french fries are a regular in our house, or baked whole with a nice plop of grass-fed butter on-top. Yum!
