From Scales to Feathers The Avian Art Works of Brandon Ballengee

Artist and biologist Brandon Ballengée creates transdisciplinary artwork inspired by his ecological fieldwork and his laboratory research. Since 1996, his central focus of investigation has been the occurrence of developmental deformities and population declines among amphibians. From Scales to Feathers examines his artwork related to birds in addition to a career survey of his research and artwork.
