We are excited to have you join us in celebrating Earth Fest 2025. This event brings together eco-conscious vendors and organizations to inspire and educate the community. To ensure that our event aligns with our mission of environmental responsibility, all vendors must apply. All fees will be refunded if you are not accepted to the festival.

We accept venders from a variety of sustainability-focused categories, including but not limited to: Native Plants, Wildlife & Habitat Conservation, Sustainable Food & Beverage, Eco-Friendly Crafts & Handmade Goods, Green Technology & Innovation, Health & Wellness, Environmental Advocacy & Nonprofits, and Sustainable Fashion & Textiles.
 
Approval: To be considered as an exhibitor, please submit at least 1 photo of what you plan to showcase or sell. For art, please submit a photo of the artist making their craft. Photos can be submitted by email to fieldschools@jsu.edu or by texting 256-516-3055. All fees will be refunded if you are not accepted to the festival.

All applications are due by March 30, 2025. 

Commission & Taxes: No commission is charged on the sale of artwork. Taxes must be handled by the individual.
 
Set-up & Break-down: Set-up and check in for artists starts Friday, April 11 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 12 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. The Canyon Center is not responsible for any stolen or lost items even though all precautions will be taken to ensure the security of all items on the property.  All participants must remain set-up the entire festival. Participants who break down early or fail to leave their area as it was found will not be invited back to Earth Fest.  Rules & Standards: I agree:
1. To consent to the assignment of my booth space by the festival organizers. The organizer reserves the right to reassign booth locations at any time prior to the beginning of the festival.
2. Booth rental fees are due prior to the event. Failure to pay the fee may result in loss of my space at the festival. Fees are non-refundable.
3. Amplified sound is not permitted to come from my booth.
4. Neither I nor the organization shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform due to government action, court order, civil disturbance, inclement weather, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is delayed or prevented.
5. Except as otherwise specified in this agreement, neither party shall be liable to the other party for consequential damages, including lost profit or no revenue, or for any breach of the agreement.
6. To arrive promptly 1 hour prior to the event start time and remain set up until the close of the festival.
7. I agree that I will HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Sponsor from any and all liability, claims, demands, costs (including attorney’s fees and all costs of defense), on account of injuries (including death) and / or damages of whatever kind, degree or nature that, whether charged in tort or contract, that may be asserted by or on behalf of third parties as a result of injuries or damages to person or property alleged to be suffered by them as a result of my conduct.
I agree and direct that this RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT shall be fully binding on and enforceable against my next of kin, spouse, personal representative, guardian, heirs, executors and assigns without limitation.
I have read and understand the legal and practical consequences and effect of executing this document, I do so voluntarily and for full legal consideration, and I intend to be fully bound by its terms.
