Shipping Information:

Items will ship 3-5 business days after your order has been placed, unless Indian Hills Community College is on an extended Holiday Break, at which time your purchase will be shipped once we return to normal business hours. (Please see the college calendar for more information on college breaks.) All purchases are shipped at a flat rate of $9.00 USD per order. Customer is responsible for return postage.
 

Pick-Ups: If desired, you may choose to forego shipping costs, by opting to pick-up your order from the bookstore. (To do so, please select "Walk-In" under Delivery Methods before checking out.) However some items are located in the Ottumwa store, and some are located in the Centerville store. If you wish to know the location of the products you wish to purchase, you may call the bookstore to find out. Once your order has been placed the bookstore will email you to let you know your purchase is ready to be picked up from either the Ottumwa or Centerville Store.
