While they don’t always have control over big picture decisions, they do have influence. Their influence radiates equally, it goes upward to the ones who do make the big picture decisions and downward to the teams they lead.

Participants will learn how a company’s culture effects both employee motivation and performance and how to honestly evaluate it. Best practices and tools for maintaining and growing a positive culture will be discussed.
