Individuals in a mid-level leadership position can see themselves in either one of two ways, stuck in the middle or the ultimate influencer. While they don’t always have control over big picture decisions, they do have influence. Their influence radiates equally, it goes upward to the ones who do make the big picture decisions and downward to the teams they lead.

More and more our workplaces are in a constant state of change. In this session participants will learn strategies for dealing with change and leading change. Leading change that is not of our own design will be discussed.
