Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers

This course will help managers and others better understand the financial impact of their decisions and how they can use financial information to make better business decisions. Business analysis will be discussed as will basic accounting terms and financial statements, including: balance sheets, income statements and cash ow. Learn how operational measures such as efficiency, quality and inventory changes translate into financial results. Basic budgeting and cash management will also be covered.
