Credit By Examination Payment Page

This Credit by Exam option allows you to demonstrate proficiency in a subject area and, if successful, earn credit for the equivalent university course.  Students who wish to earn academic credit through the Credit By Examination process must submit payment prior to scheduling their exam.

Cost: $25.00 per exam

Who should pay: Students who were approved to earn credit by examination. 

Process: Complete the Credit by Examination form online. receive departmental approval, then send to the Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies office for final approval.

To receieve credit: The receipt and grading of "pass or fail" by the department chair should be sent to the Registrar's Office for posting of credits.
