TouchNet is certified 508 compliant for Marketplace uStores and Bill+Payment. We are currently in the process of certifying Marketplace uStores and Bill+Payment for WCAG 2.0 AA compliance which we expect to completed by December 2017.

For enabling captions, text-to-speech... There are many different applications and resources for those with accessibility needs. For instance, JAWS and NVAD are "screen readers" for accessing websites and applications. Safari, Chrome, FireFox, Adobe PDF and other applications have "text-to-speech" functionality. There are also Dragon Speech to Text applications that facilitate input of information into documents, website and application forms.
