ACCUPLACER Fee

ACCUPLACER® is a college placement exam that tests reading, writing, and math skills. It is a computerized exam that may be required of non-traditional freshmen, readmit students, GED, home schooled students or beginning freshmen who have a Required High School Curriculum deficiency who apply to Gordon State College. The first exam is free; a $20 fee applies for a retest.

For remote ACCUPLACER® testers taking the exam for another school, you must first have a voucher assigned by that school and then call for an appointment. The $20 fee can be paid cash or money order at the time of testing or you may pay here.

For private pay/employment purposes, please call for an appointment. The $20 fee (cash or money order) can be paid at the time of testing or you may pay here.

You must call the Testing Center (678-359-5138) to register for this test.

The cost is $20.00.

Testing Rules

1. Those taking the test must show a valid PICTURE ID to register for the test.

2. Paper and pencils will be provided for all test takers. You may not use your own calculator.

3. Children are not allowed in the testing room and cannot be left alone outside of the area.
