Greetings,
Edward Waters University is hosting its 2026 Spring Career Fair on Thursday, April 2, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM and I would like to formally invite you and your company/organization/university to attend. We believe that your organization may have opportunities that can benefit our students as they begin to seek internships, job opportunities, or continuing their education.
Please register your organization early, so EWU students can have ample time to prepare.
We are asking employers to check-in an hour before the event starts to ensure your table and materials are ready as well as troubleshoot any issues.
Registration for the fair is $100.00. This comes with one table, covering and two chairs. Lunch will also be provided for those who register. Non-profits and government agencies and universities please email Mr. Roderick Mozee (r.mozee@ewc.edu or call: (904) 470-8007 ) for a fee adjustment. Please also advise of special circumstances, should the fee need to be waived.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE, PLEASE SEND MR. MOZEE A SEPERATE EMAIL WITH THOSE ADDITIONAL NAMES SO WE CAN ACCOMMODATE EXTRA CHAIRS AND LUNCH IF NEEDED.
