Housing Deposit

The value of on-campus living is now yours! The Housing Deposit of $150.00 along with your completed Housing Occupancy Agreement guarantees you a housing assignment and the experience of a lifetime!

Returning Residents- submit your Housing Deposit by selecting the "Add To Cart" button and continuing.

•Housing Deposits are valid during the consistent duration of your residency. A break in residency requires a new housing deposit upon return to on-campus living.

Refunds/Financial Adjustments

Refunds may result in a financial adjustment to meet any balance on a student account.

Refunds are provided for any payment to the department in alignment with the policy, procedures and/or guidelines that are associated with the payment. Refunds may be requested by visiting the Department Appeal Process and submitting a General Department Appeal Form.
