Outdoor Pursuits Trip Sign Up Agreement

By registering for this trip I understand and possess the required pre-requisite experience and skills for this trip.

I understand and agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

For weekend trips with sign-ups beginning the week of the trip: Any cancellations after 12:00 pm (noon) on the Wednesday before departure will result in a forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
For Mini Break trips and other trips with sign-ups beginning two weeks out: Any cancellations after 12:00 pm (noon) on the last Monday before feparture will result in a forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
For Fall Break, Spring Break, and other extended trips more than 5 days in length: Any cancellations after 12:00 pm (noon) 10 days before the trip departs will result in a forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
All other cancellations will incur a $10 administrative fee.
