Mini Sports Camp

CAMP INFORMATION

• Full day 8am-5pm: $40
• Extended Care 5pm-5:30pm: $15
• During a given session your child will have the opportunity to participate in 3-6 different activities. There will be roughly 8 activity sessions each day.

Please click the link above for the required Medical Info and Disclaimer form.  Print the form, fill it out completly and sign it.  You may email the form to us, or bring it with you on the first day of camp for your child.

CAMP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• One Month or more before start date:  Cancellations requested 30 days or more before the first day of the camp (May 26) will receive a full refund.
• Within one Month of start date:  Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date (May 26) are generally non-refundable.  However, if we are able to fill your child's spot from our waiting list, a full refund will be issued.
• After Camp has started: No refunds or credits will be issued once the first day of camp (May 26) has begun, regardless of the reason for absence. 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CAMP
Start by clicking on "Add to Cart" at the bottom of this page.  On the second page, fill out the information form for your child and press "Continue".  On the next page, clicking on "Checkout" you will then be prompted to register for each day of camp that you want your child to attend and add on extended care if needed.  If you are registering multiple children for camp you will need to repeat this process for each child.
