Exhibitor Registration - Aircraft & Booth Exhibit

Exhibitors will display their materials to educators and employers of graduates from education and training institutions. The exhibition site will promote discussions between exhibitors and potential customers/users of services. We invite Airlines, OEMs, providers of training software and courseware, training device manufacturers and other service providers to exhibit and sponsor.

All exhibitor fees include the benefits of:
  • One (1) 3ft. x 6ft. table with 2 chairs
  • Internet access
  • Extension cords
  • Electrical outlet

Exhibitors will be allowed to begin set up on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. All exhibits must be removed by Wednesday, August 16, 2017 before 6:00pm. Exhibitor shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The shipping address is provided below:

Aircraft exhibitors will be allowed ramp space directly outside of the Q -Hangar at ERAU. Aircraft will be located as close to the Q-Hangar as possible, reflecting the level of sponsor support, tie down locations and space available. All aircraft exhibitors will arrive at KDAB on Sunday, August 13, 2017 in order for ERAU personnel to move aircraft into the display by 5:00pm. All aircraft must be removed by Wednesday, August 16, 2017 before 6:00pm. Special instructions on ERAU aircraft handling will be provided prior to your arrival.

The exhibitor fee does not include the symposium, reception, banquet or meals. To register for the symposium, please complete the Exhibitor Registration then click on Make Another Selection and click on Symposium Attendee Registration.
