Proctored Test for Other Institution - BENTONVILLE ONLY

***Please note: Roof construction is currently in progress at the Bentonville Testing Center. You may hear construction noise during testing. White noise machines are in use in the testing room, and noise-canceling headphones or earplugs can be provided upon request.***

NWACC offers proctored testing services for students from institutions other than NWACC.

Terms and Agreements

• You understand that you are requesting to take an exam from your institution at the Bentonville Testing Center. You must request that your instructor/institution send your test information to NWACC Testing Services before your scheduled test date.

•The $35 testing fee must be paid before your appointment for testing will be scheduled.

• You understand that proctored exams for other institutions are offered Monday -Thursday from 9:00am - 4:00pm and are only offered at our Bentonville testing center.

• You understand that you must have a valid photo ID to test. Pictures of IDs will NOT be accepted. 

•Same day appointment requests are not accepted. Specific days/times are not guaranteed. Seating is limited.

•Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated email with a receipt. You will receive a second email confirming the date/time of your appointment once your order is processed by Testing Services staff. Please allow 2 business days for processing. Appointments are NOT set until you get the confirmation email for your appointment. *Check the email you listed on your purchase request!

• You understand that appointments will not be rescheduled and that if you need to change your appointment date, you will be required to make a new purchase on this site and pay the $15 rescheduling fee.

• You understand that you must cancel a test 48 hours prior to the testing appointment in order to receive a refund for the testing fees.
Fees will be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• No personal items will be allowed into the testing room. Please see our Requirements and Policies web page for a list of prohibited items. Failure to properly secure these items will result in your test not being administered.

• You understand that computer administered tests may have technical difficulties beyond the control of Testing Services staff.
