OVERNIGHT SUMMER CAMP

Do you enjoy cooking or baking? Do you dream of owning your own restaurant or becoming a famous chef? Join chefs from our hospitality department for an introduction to baking and pastry arts, culinary arts, and hospitality management. Take part in field trips and hands-on workshops centered on developing kitchen skills, culinary/baking techniques, and menu planning strategies.

July 13-16, 2025

Student Age: Entering Grades 10-12

Includes all activities, meals, and on-campus housing.

Click on the links above and complete both forms by June 27, 2025. Failure to complete them will result in being unregistered from camp and a refund will be processed.  Additionally, information will be emailed directly to camp participants and parents/guardians based on specific camps.
