OVERNIGHT SUMMER CAMP

Join chefs from Penn College’s baking department for this program focused on introductory and advanced cake decorating skills. Working with buttercream, fondant, and gum paste decorations, you’ll learn how to create restaurant and specialty dessert cakes.

Student Age: Entering Grades 10-12

Includes all activities, meals, and on-campus housing.
