Course Summary:
Students will become acquainted with the dynamics of organizational and cultural change along with the types of challenges that face leaders who attempt to cast a vision to initiate change. Leadership distinguishes itself as a discipline of leading change, and this class helps one cast vision while also learning the steps that produces lasting change and stronger adoption rates from followers.

Instructor Bio:
Dr. Ron Hunter has served as the Executive Director & CEO of Randall House the Publisher of D6 Curriculum, co-Founder of and Director of the D6 Conference since 2002. He regularly speaks at various conferences and consults for ministry and business organizations. In addition to serving in the military, he earned his MPA from the University of Colorado and his Ph.D. from the Cook School of Leadership at Dallas Baptist University, where he is also an adjunct professor. He has written over 60 articles for various magazines and authored or helped author three books, Toy Box Leadership, from Thomas Nelson, Youth Ministry in the 21st Century – 5 Views, from Baker Academic, and The DNA of D6: Building Blocks of Generational Discipleship from Randall House. The two titles Dr. Hunter is most proud of are husband and father. He married his college sweetheart, Pam, and they have two adult children serving Christ.
