We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for families with the costs required to run our programs.
• A full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date. • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 7–29 days before the program start date. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date or after the program has begun.
Refunds are not provided for missed days, early withdrawal, or changes in availability.
