Replacement Transit Pass

A replacement transit pass is only available if you have a Transit Pass Card. A replacement transit pass is $55 and you have the option to get another card or enable the Digital Transit Pass on the ID123 app. If you had the transit pass card and misplaced it and are opting into the digital transit pass the $55 fee still applies. Please select if you would like another Card or would like the ID 123 app now. If you are having issues with the ID123 app please email campuscard@trentu.ca and do not proceed further.

PLEASE NOTE: if you wish to pay in person, or prefer a different method of payment (e.g. Trent cash), please visit us at the Card Office located in Blackburn Hall. If you are getting a physical replacement card, please note that you have to come in person to pick it up.
