A replacement TrentU card for a lost or stolen previous card has a fee of $30.00. If your card has been lost or stolen, it should be deactivated as soon as possible. How to Deactivate your card. Please note that you are responsible for any fees incurred before deactivation of the card.
If you pick Peterborough as your pick up location, you can pick up your replacement card at the Card Office in Blackburn Hall.
If you pick Durham as your pick up location, your card will be ready for pick up at the Durham Print and Post in 2-3 business days after your order has been place.
If you pick to Change to the Mobile Card you will receive an email from the Card Office when you will be able to access your Card on the Mobile App.
