Lost / Replacement Card

A replacement TrentU card for a lost or stolen previous card has a fee of $30.00. If your card has been lost or stolen, it should be deactivated as soon as possible, which can be done online through your MyTrent Portal or in-person at the Card Office. Please note that you are responsible for any fees incurred before deactivation of the card.

PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to pay in person, or would prefer to pay with a different method (e.g. Trent Cash), please visit us at the Card Office located in Blackburn Hall, or select "Durham" as your option if you wish to go to the Durham campus. You must pick up your new card in person.
