    This course provides the relative, theoretical, and practical skills within mindfulness and is related to emotional exploration as well. Additionally, a creative component is from the Buddhist teaching of investigation (dhamma-vicaya), which provides an easy-to-use way to pursue a deeper process behind the mindful experience.

    In-person classes at Trent University.
    You will participate in the following timeline:
    • June 25th, every Thursday 6-8pm.
      The final lesson will be held at the Buddhist Temple in Bethany 

      This course is priced competitively at $400.
