Undergraduate Gown (May 22, 2025)

All new requests will be responded to within 2 business days. All rental pick-ups will be on Thursdays, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, at a pre-booked time, with return the following Monday between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. We are limiting dates available to allow cleaning items between uses.

***If you or a member of your group are experiencing symptoms of or have tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days, prior to your scheduled rental, you must contact us to make alternate arrangements or cancel.

Please read the following thoroughly:

Requests MUST be submitted a minimum of 5 business days prior to the requested first choice rental date. Reservation requests will be responded to Monday through Friday during regular business hours. It may take up to 2 business days to reply to new requests depending on volume.

We strongly recommend you confirm the rental prior to booking a photographer. We have limited inventory on campus.

For group rentals one person coordinates the rental and submits this form on behalf of everyone. This person will be paying on behalf of the group and assuming responsibility for the rentals.** Submitting 1 form for the group, instead of individual requests allows the dates and gown availability can be best matched for the group.

We are limiting Group request sizes to a Maximum of 6 sets of Regalia per group.

ALL PICK-UPS WILL BE ON THURSDAYS (by appointment, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm). RETURN WILL BE ON THE MONDAY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING (or Tuesday in the case of a long weekend)

Please follow the steps in your rental confirmation email to select the pick-up time. These will be offered in 15 minute blocks between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Returns must be between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm on the Monday immediately following your Thursday Pick up date.

Important Information:

The cost of renting each gown and hood is $40.00 (HST included)

I agree to return the rented items in good condition between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on the Monday immediately following my Thursday pick-up date and understand if not returned on time and in good repair, a $600.00 replacement fee will be charged to my student account.
