Undergraduate Gown and Hood (June 13, 2024)

If you are ordering multiple gowns, each gown order needs to be entered one at a time. Choose your size and hood colour (see top of your timetable for your degree type) and enter the student number pertaining to the gown and hood you are ordering. Once you have done that, if you need to go back and order additional gowns and hoods, click ‘Continue Shopping’.

Eligibility for certain hood colours will need to be verified with the Registrar’s office, so please be sure to provide the correct student number pertaining to the hood you are requesting.

If your gown size or hood colour is not available for the date selected, please select another date.

All rental pick-ups will be on Thursdays between 9:00AM – 3:00PM at a pre-booked time (see confirmation email for further details).

Returns must be between 9:00AM - 12:00PM on the Monday immediately following your Thursday pick-up date. In case of a holiday Monday, the return date will shift to Tuesday.
