March 29th Prospect Clinic

The Springfield Field Hockey Program is thrilled to announce their spring Prospect Clinic on March 29, 2026 from 9:00AM-12:00PM on Stagg Field. The clinic is open to grades 9 and up and is geared towards student-athletes who are interested in learning more about the Springfield College Field Hockey Program. The clinic will be run by head coach Mia Olsen and assistant coaches, Brooke Szafran and Maura Tumelty. The clinic will consist of fundamental skill, small games and 7v7/11v11 scrimmages. Drills and format of the clinic will resemble typical practice content that current Springfield College players experience.

All players (field players and GK’s) are required to bring their own equipment (appropriate footwear, shin guards, mouthguard, stick, and GK equipment if applicable).  Waiver must be filled out online or brought to the clinic for participation.

Schedule of Clinic:

• 9:00 - 10:00 AM: Skills and Technical work
• 10:00 AM-11:00 AM: Small Game Tactics
• 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Gameplay
• 12:00 PM Optional Campus Tour
