Growing One Cut Lettuce for Home and Business

Join WSU Eggert Family Organic Farm managers, Brad Jaeckel and Keagan Gale, to learn how they grow, market, and sell one cut lettuce. The Eggert Farm utilizes greenhouse space, high tunnels and field space to grow delicious cut lettuce for 9 months of the year.  The workshop will focus on every detail of production and show current best practices developed by the farm's team of students and staff. Lettuce production can be an easy way to add fresh greens to your diet and to your farm business. The workshop will take place at the farm's greenhouse and high tunnels.
